This week I chatted with Niamh Dooley of Biasol .
Niamh, a Food Science & Health graduate from UL (2016), co-founded BiaSol in 2020 alongside her brother .
A project that started during the pandemic has now grown into a truly sustainable Food Business which is rapidly scaling. .
Niamh has led BiaSol to BRC A-grade accreditation while earning accolades such as , Innovation, and RDS Sustainability Awards. Recognised as a Food on the Edge Ambassador and one of the Irish Independent’s 30 Under 30, she is a true force in Ireland’s food industry.
Biasol have a large scale facility and Niamh is definitely open for business !
