As the organiser of this forum, I am delighted to welcome you to what we hope will become an annual event. Our mission is to provide attendees with information, networks and support to tackle external market challenges and help you achieve your growth and profitability goals.

In March 2024, The Irish Food Trade Connect Forum brought together a wealth of experience through our speakers and panellists, who represented resilience, drive and talent. They elevated our knowledge, helping us reach our full potential. We are very grateful to each one of them for generously sharing their time with us.

Last year’s schedule covered all aspects of food, from product development and international markets to sustainability, provincial trading challenges and legal updates. The “Creating Your Strategy for Growth” workshop sparked some very topical discussions across the room. We all learned a great deal and offered support and guidance to overcome the challenges we faced.

I look forward to seeing more Irish food and drink producers next year for a day filled with insights and connections. I am confident you will enjoy the event, as it provides a unique opportunity for the Irish Food and Drink industry to connect, learn and support each other towards both domestic and international growth and success.
