Exhibitors offering food or drink samples must hold their own public and product liability insurance, covering trade show activities, and provide proof of cover to the organisers on request. All food and beverages must be handled, stored and served in line with current food hygiene regulations, with allergens clearly identified; if these requirements are not met, sampling may be restricted or withdrawn.
