Opening the Kinsale shop was a pivotal step—combining her love of dairy, community, and authenticity. Catherine balances entrepreneurship with family life, prioritising sustainability and local connections. Her mission is clear: offer true Irish hospitality and premium ice cream with minimal food miles.
